We collect information you provide when you create an account, sign in, contact us, subscribe to a plan, or use the VizzBees workspace.

• Account details such as name, email address, and login method.
• Product activity such as chats, prompts, generated assets, uploaded references, settings, and credit usage.
• Billing and subscription details handled through our payment providers.
• Technical data such as device, browser, IP address, log events, and basic analytics.
• Information from connected services, such as Google sign-in details or payment, subscription, and card verification events from Stripe.

We use information to provide the service, secure accounts, process purchases, maintain credit balances, respond to support requests, and improve the creator workflow.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, diagnose issues, and decide what to improve next.

We process account, workspace, billing, and support information when it is needed to provide the service you request, manage your account, process purchases, and deliver generated outputs.

We process security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, analytics, and reliability information where it is necessary for our legitimate interests in protecting VizzBees, preventing misuse, improving the product, and keeping the service reliable.

We may also process information to comply with legal obligations, and we use consent where applicable, such as for optional cookies or similar technologies.

Prompts, uploaded references, and generated outputs are used to provide the requested workspace features. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use or content that includes sensitive personal information.

AI requests may be processed by infrastructure and AI model providers that help us generate responses and images.

We do not use your chats, prompts, uploads, or generated outputs to make legal or similarly significant automated decisions about you. Automated security and abuse-prevention checks may limit access, sign-up, or usage when they detect suspicious activity.

We retain account data while your account exists and the data is needed to provide the service, maintain billing and credits, secure the account, respond to support, prevent fraud or abuse, or meet legal obligations.

When an account with billing or subscription history is deleted by the user or by staff, the account is placed in pending deletion for 30 days before account data is erased from the production database. Accounts without a billing footprint may be erased from the production database immediately. Authorized staff may force erase a pending account from the production database before the 30-day period ends.

When a chat is deleted by the user or by staff, the chat data is erased from the production database. Deleted chat data may remain only in database backups until those backups expire.

We retain database backups for 15 days.

We share information with service providers that help operate the service. These include providers for hosting and infrastructure, authentication, payments and billing, card verification, analytics, email delivery, storage, security, fraud prevention, customer support, and AI generation.

For example, VizzBees uses providers such as Stripe for payments and billing, Resend for email delivery, Vercel services for hosting, analytics, storage, and AI gateway infrastructure, Google for Google sign-in, and AI model providers for generation features.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the service, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

VizzBees is operated from France, but some service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards, or other safeguards accepted under applicable data protection law.

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, account security, preferences, checkout, fraud prevention, analytics, and reliability. You can read more in our Cookie Policy.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, secure service providers, private account access, and operational logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and respond to issues that may affect the service.

VizzBees is intended for users 13 years of age or older. Users under 16 in the European Union must have consent from a parent or legal guardian, as described in our Terms of Use. The service is not intended for children under 13.

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal information. You may also object to some processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Some data may be retained when necessary for security, legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In France, that authority is the CNIL.
