Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VizzBees (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Description of the Service

VizzBees is an AI-powered software-as-a-service platform that allows users to generate visual thumbnail concepts using a credit-based system.

Credit system

1 credit = 1 generation (HD/1K)
2 credits = 1 generation (2K)
4 credits = 1 generation (4K)

Credits are consumed immediately upon generation. Credits remain valid during the active billing cycle and may roll over depending on the selected subscription plan.

Accounts & Age Requirements

The Service is intended for users 13 years of age or older. For users under the age of 16 within the European Union, parental or legal guardian consent must be obtained in accordance with applicable laws. Users aged 13–17 confirm that such consent has been obtained.

Parents or guardians are responsible for the activity of minors using their account. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

Subscription Plans, Billing, Currency & Taxes

VizzBees offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Prices are displayed in USD.
Final charges may vary due to currency conversion applied by the payment provider.
For EU consumers, VAT may apply depending on the country of residence.
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

Credits

Credits are granted according to the selected subscription plan.
New credits are added each billing cycle.
Unused credits may roll over depending on the plan.
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Free Plan

The Free plan may include limited credits and restricted features. VizzBees reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time without notice.

User Content, Prompts & Generated Outputs

Definitions

Prompt: any text, image, or input submitted by a user.
Output: any generated image or content produced by the Service.

User responsibility & rights in prompts

Users retain all rights, title, and interest in their Prompts. By submitting a Prompt, you represent and warrant that:

You own the Prompt or have all necessary rights and permissions.
Your Prompt does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the Outputs you generate, subject to these Terms.

However, Outputs are generated automatically by artificial intelligence, are not guaranteed to be unique, and may be similar or identical to content generated for other users.

License granted to VizzBees

You grant VizzBees a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Process Prompts and Outputs to operate the Service.
Store data for functionality, security, and reliability.
Improve and maintain the Service.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content.

AI limitations & responsibility

Due to the nature of artificial intelligence:

Outputs may resemble existing works.
VizzBees does not guarantee originality or legal compliance.
VizzBees does not review content for intellectual property issues.

You are solely responsible for how you use Outputs.

Acceptable Use & Content Rules

You may not use the Service to generate or distribute content that includes:

Pornographic or sexual content.
Content involving minors.
Violence, threats, or harm.
Hate speech or discrimination.
Illegal activities or instructions.
Personal data or private individuals.
Copyrighted material without rights.
Attempts to bypass safeguards or system limitations.

VizzBees reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, including in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse.

Refunds & Right of Withdrawal (EU)

By completing a purchase, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal where applicable.

Refund policy

Refunds are available within 14 days only if no credits have been used.
No refunds after any credit usage.
No partial refunds.
Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
Refund requests must be sent to support@vizzbees.com.

AI Disclaimer

Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence. VizzBees does not guarantee:

Performance (CTR, engagement, revenue).
Platform acceptance.
Accuracy or uniqueness.

All Outputs are provided “as is.”

Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” VizzBees does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. VizzBees reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VizzBees shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages.
Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

This limitation does not apply to:

Fraud or willful misconduct.
Gross negligence.
Liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

VizzBees may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms, without notice or refund.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Consumers may bring claims in their country of residence where required by law.

Changes to These Terms

VizzBees may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
